In every tour, it includes high quality safety equipment, licenses, insurance and qualified guides.
We also offer photos and videos on the Coasteering and Canyoning Adventure tours.

When it rains is the best day to do Canyoning or Coasteering! Why? Because we will get wet anyway!! We will only cancel the tour if the water level is too high or if we have a stormy weather alert.

Swimsuit on and towel. You can bring a lycra shirt / rash vest to use as a first layer, medication (if required), hairband, snack and water to regain energy afterwards.

For our Canyoning Experience and Coasteering tours, the minimum age is 6 years old. For the Canyoning Adventure is 8 years old minimum. The maximum age we can have on our tours is 75 years old.

The Canyoning Experience is a 3 hour tour, very suitable for all ages and pure fun guaranteed! It’s the perfect tour for those who want to understand what canyoning is all about and step out of their comfort zone within a safe environment.
The Canyoning Adventure is a 5 hour tour. With bigger waterfalls, including more walking on the canyon, it is excellent for those who look for a safe challenge and an extra adrenaline shot!

Jumps are not mandatory and we always have other options. We can set up a rope to rappel down or, sometimes, we have an alternative path along the course of water where we can see the others jump without having to do it.

Swimming ability is recommended but not required. Please advise your guide if you can’t swim, so he can manage the tour accordingly.

We can offer a transportation service in the Ponta Delgada area, subjected to availability and the payment of an extra fee. Transport to and from areas outside of Ponta Delgada depend also on the availability and the fare increases depending on the location.

Yes! Winter means more water on the stream and that means extra fun! Our temperatures never get too low so, we are able to do our tour yearlong!

You can bring your glasses, but make sure you have a strap. The same happens for sunglasses, beware that we will mostly be in the shade. If you can, bring contact lenses instead of glasses.

If you have any kind of medical condition that we should be aware of, please inform the guides about it. If you need to use your medication during the tour (such as asthma inhalers), you can give them to our guides. They will keep it safe in waterproof bags and make it available for you in case you need it.

The tours will depend on water levels and weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
